This rotisserie spit (spits roaster) is suitable for cooking a medium sized animal (e.g up to 40kg) and includes temperature control and thermometer. Spit requires an extension cord, and the use of an R.C.D (surge protector) is strongly advised. Refer rotisserie spit with baskets for cooking rolled meats, chickens and vegetables. Approx cooking times are as follows: Whole Sheep 4-5hrs; Whole Pig 40kg 4.5-5hrs. Price excludes LPG (we can hireyou a 9kg LPG bottle, or alternatively you may wish to provide your own bottle)
