This rotisserie spit is suitable for cooking chicken, rolled meats and vegetables in the rotating baskets, and includes temperature control and thermometer. Spit requires an extension cord, and the use of an R.C.D (surge protector) is strongly advised. Refer rotisserie spit without baskets for cooking whole animals. Approx cooking times are as follows: Rolled Pork, beef or lamb 3-4hrs; Chicken 1.5-2.5hrs, Vegetables 1hr. Price excludes LPG (we can hireyou a 9kg LPG bottle, or alternatively you may wish to provide your own bottle).
