This rotisserie spit is suitable for cooking chicken, rolled meats and vegetables in the rotating baskets, and includes temperature control and thermometer.

Spit requires an extension cord, and the use of an R.C.D (surge protector) is strongly advised.

Approx cooking times are as follows: Rolled Pork, beef or lamb 3-4hrs; Chicken 1.5-2.5hrs, Vegetables 1hr.
