The Canterbury A&P show is held during Christchurch's cup and show week

• 2017 Show Dates: 15th – 17th November 2017
• 2018 Show Dates: 14th – 16th November 2018

It is the largest agricultural event in the South Island, attracting more than 100,000 visitors. The show-grounds, located at the Canterbury Agricultural Park, are turned into a marquee village with more than 350 trade exhibitors attending.

Party Warehouse are heavily involved with the Canterbury A&P Show supplying marquees and equipment hire. Due to high demand marquees and equipment should be booked months ahead.

Party Warehouse typically erects exhibitor’s marquees at the Canterbury A&P Show 2-7 days prior to the show and dismantles them the weekend after the show, which gives our clients enough time to set-up and dismantle their displays.
